The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a critical role in building out SkyHive’s content library to generate leads and solidify its category leader position.
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for educating and driving brand awareness within the HR industry for SkyHive’s Workforce Reskilling Platform and various solutions through content, social media, email and public relations. The ideal candidate is a prolific writer with experience in digital content creation, website content updates, copywriting, editing, storytelling, corporate communications, public relations, and blogging. Experience with HR technology and B2B/enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred.

You will build out SkyHive’s content library, which encompasses product-driven content (customer success stories, white papers, case studies, brochures) as well as thought leadership content (anything related to workforce reskilling, labour market insights, future of work and learning, etc.) The be-all-end-all goal for this position is to own our long-tail keyword’s definition and its SEO fingerprint — become (and stay) the authority on the product we created.
The Role

•	Drive content marketing. You will create and manage our content calendar and strategy. You will write, edit, and source high-quality content for our website, blog, and third party publications to impact our sales funnel and build brand awareness. 
•	Lead & demand generation. You will work with the Director of Marketing on paid content campaigns such as LinkedIn and Twitter ad campaigns to generate leads and awareness. You will also produce content assets for our Account-Based Marketing strategy.
•	Build SEO strategy. You will set and implemented SEO strategy for our web presence, as well as performing periodic SEO audit and optimization of existing and new content. Drive continuous growth in organic search and keyword rankings.
•	Manage social media presence. You’ll be responsible for the creation and publishing of relevant and original content on our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube). 
•	Craft & execute email strategy. You will engage our community and distribute relevant content through emails to capture and nurture leads. You’ll write newsletters and email campaigns, managing what goes into them, who gets them, and what they look like.
•	Review & report on metrics. You’ll create and maintain reports on content-related activities, effectiveness and business impact to assist the Director of Marketing with channel optimization and conversion funnel optimization.

Who are you?
Qualifications (Must-haves)

•	A degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field
•	3+ years of proven experience in writing effective content across a broad range of marketing channels and formats, including case studies, white papers, thought leadership posts, product-driven content, social media posts, etc.
•	Experience in designing and formatting documents
•	Graphic design skills and experience designing marketing collaterals such as brochures and white papers
•	Proven experience in communicating complex concepts in a simple and concise manner
•	3-5 years of experience in content writing for B2B software/technology products
•	A positive attitude and flexibility in responding to changing requirements and priorities

•	Experience with HR Technology and/or B2B SaaS (Enterprise SaaS is a huge plus!)
•	Interest in Labour Market Economics & the Future of Work 
•	Proven record producing high-quality B2B marketing content for an international audience
•	Experience writing press releases, interviewing thought leaders, and co-authoring content with other organizations
