As Team Lead, you will work within the Software Development team to ensure the efficient release of completed features. You will work closely with the Product team to understand requirements and provide technical input when needed, and will coordinate with the Data Science team as needed. You will facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning. You will also be responsible for bringing Agile and Scrum best practices to our busy and talented tech team. C  Must have experience working on web applications, extra bonus for continuous integration, cloud technologies, and experience with enterprise environment.  As we are a startup, you will occasionally be required to apply your C#/Angular/.NET Core software development skills to “get your hands dirty” and commit some code alongside the development team.   Our stack is Angular/Typescript – C# (.NET Core) – MongoDB  The Role  - Work with the engineering issues and feature backlogs, identifying items and features. - Review items and features with the development team to realize effort level from an implementation and quality assurance stand point. - Work with the product stakeholders to agree on tasks and features to be worked on, with an understanding of the effort level of the tasks involved. These items will be organized for each development team’s 1-week sprints - Within SkyHive’s task-tracking platform and working with the development team, monitor the progress of tasks in the sprint, identifying potential roadblocks, and then liaising between the development team and the product stakeholders to remove the roadblock - Leads backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, daily scrum and other planning meetings in a way that ensures full team and stakeholders’ engagement - Ensure open communication on the status of tasks within a sprint with all stakeholders, identifying potential risks - Ensure product stakeholders are aware of the functionality and tasks being released in a sprint and the sprint timelines - When User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is required, work with the product stakeholders to ensure the new or updated functionality is understood and meets requirements - Provide transparent communication to the product stakeholders on features that have gone out with the releases - Act as a communication point for the technology group in the event of an emergency or technology outage for the rest of the business, contacting and organizing resources to resolve the issue. This will also involve maintaining communication with the rest of the business stakeholders during the duration of the incident, from identification to resolution.  Who are you?  Qualifications (Must haves)  - 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager, with a solid understanding of software development - Experience working with C# and .NET Core - Demonstrated capability to improve the speed and quality of software deliverables - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as comfortable presenting on technical concepts - Ability to see the big picture while paying attention to the details - Comfortable in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment  Nice-to-Haves  - Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification such as PMI-ACP - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field  Who are we?
